What is concrete sealing?
Concrete sealing is the perfect solution for any existing concrete floors you may have, both inside and outside. By placing a sealer on top of the concrete, you are extending the life of the concrete, plus adding value to your home or other space. As an added bonus, sealing is relatively inexpensive. It prevents the absorption of water and salts that are responsible for cracking, flaking, or other cosmetic damages to the concrete, as well as prevents against staining from oils or other materials. Sealing also prevents against chemical damage, so this is a must for industrial spaces. Tint can also be added to sealer to create any color you desire.
There are a few different types of sealers: topical, penetrating, acrylic, epoxy/urethane, and silicone. Which type is best depends on the needs of the customer.
